“On a road trip from Southern Ontario to Northern Ontario, I had some truck issues late in the evening near Sault Ste Marie. I stayed over night and called Classic on a Friday morning, explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in right away. They road tested, diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road very quickly, which was very appreciated!I could have been stuck in Sault over the weekend waiting for service, but Al and his techs were so very kind and professional. “I had a great experience at Quality Automotive. My brake line rusted out last week and I needed it replaced so I Googled mechanics near my house. The receptionist was very polite and professional when I called to make the appointment. They got my car into the shop within a couple of days and called me about an hour later with a reasonable estimate and an honest and straightforward discussion of cost and options. They had my vehicle done the same day and my mechanic did an excellent job fixing my car and explaining what he did and why. Very polite, professional, and personable staff. I will definitely be returning should I have any car troubles down the road.”
