"If you have after market anything on your vehicle we can not work on it." I took my truck in for a simple oil change and to rotate tires and they denied the tire rotation because I had bought rims and tires not from their shop (I do not hage a locking lug nut on them)! I have only taken my truck into the dealership for anything and been to many other dealerships and never heard of something so ridiculous at a certified Chevy Dealership. I wouldn't go there unless you absolutely have to.

I had body work done from a minor fender bender. The shop was responsive and fair in their quote and their work was very high quality.

Replace a radiator. Headlight didn't work. Had to make another appointment to look at it. So I had to take time off work. They couldn't spare one tech 20 minutes to look at it while the vehicle was there. Very disappointed

WENT 1 year nothing..went 2-3 weeks ago....Showed us a truck way above our Priceline (didn't realize and we fell in love) only to say "oh I'm sorry I messed up, I bet she hates me now" suppose to email us more never did!!! We went elsewhere for A MORE AWESOME PRICE AND NEW TRUCK!!!! SO THANKS FOR THAT ILL GIVE THEM ONE STAR

Rodenroth motors service department is running a scamI took my truck to get the transmission checked it came back with the engine light on when I called to ask why it was on when it wasn't on before. The answer I got was that it wasn't something they did but I could make an appointment to get it diagnosed for another $77.00 feeI am not the only customer that they did this to.My recommendation is to find an honest service center

Service or parts never answer the phone!And slow on respond to voicemails??How do you do business in the car industry and not answer the phone when a customer calls? I won’t be giving them any of my hard earned cash!

While visiting in the area the water pump in our Chevy Silverado completely failed. We were 300 miles from home and stranded. My husband called Rodenroth Motors and described the critical situation we were in. He was told there was no way they could help us for at least 9 days, even after my husband again explained that we were far from home with no transportation. We were told it was difficult to move appointments due to scheduling issues and they were short on mechanics (keep in mind, even scheduled doctor appointments are rescheduled in order to accommodate unexpected emergencies). Perhaps if the General Manager were to find himself stranded far from home, being refused emergency repair service he would be more compassionate and inclined to train his staff on how to handle this type of crisis. Needless to say this whole experience was very stressful and ended up being much more costly than should have been.

All done on time.very friendly. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure I’m on schedule and up to date on all my pickup’s maintenance. I also used the free shuttle service. The driver was very prompt.

It was perfect! Terry M. is an amazing person and I trust him, he helped us find the perfect truck even though we were picky and took a while, right down to the color. This 2023 Chevy truck rides better than our 21 Toyota Highlander and gets better mileage! Just wowed by this “truck”

Took my wife to this dealership to look at a car she inquired about purchasing. The sales man spent all of 2 minutes with her, went out to the car, then came back and told her the car was dead. No offer of getting a battery on the car to test it out. Unlikely that this car was out on the lot in non-running condition considering this car was moved around on multiple occasions (I work right by this dealership and have seen it there)
