Rite Aid pharmacy put the screws to me. They didn't have enough pills to fulfill the prescription giving me partial. And couldn't get the rest to fill it. Transferred it to another pharmacy. Got charged double co pay. Refused to refund my co pay.

I have been getting my scripts here since 2015, will never change pharmacies. Scripts are always done on time, the pharmacists are friendly, and the beer is fairly priced.

The Rite Aid store in Sault Ste. Marie MI has great customer service!! The pharmacist took the time to help me locate a product. She was so kind! These people are amazing! The manager, John personally got on the phone with Western Union on my behalf when they were giving me a difficult time. He made it his number one priority and I could not be more appreciative. Amazing manager and employees at this Rite Aid!

Been in this store twice now and both times left without my scripts, this time it was insulin because I refused to buy my test supplies there which are only covered by my insurance when I use their choice of suppliers.
