Always a great trip. Quick to get in and out, made it very simple and easy. Polite and helpful and will always come back when I need my oil changed.

Went into get an oil change on 4/23/2024, because my normal place was closed for the day. They had very poor customer service. I figured there was no need to review because of something as minor of bad costumer service on one account. Today 6/04/2024 I went to my normal oil change place and they had to use a wrench the entire time to remove the oil filter, because it was cross threaded. When I looked at the housing it was cross threaded and created burrs. I went back to these guys and explained the issue. He forcefully removed the oil filter. Put another one with force the entire time as well. He said he don’t see any issues and it is not leaking. If you don’t show me a problem I can’t fix it. I had him remove it and explain the force needed, he said that is normal. Showed him the burrs on the filter he just removed, and the treads on the housing. He said he did not see anything put another oil filter on. He did ask me if I wanted my money back for the oil change I told him the money for the oil change is not the issue, it is the principle of the matter. Anyone who does oil changes should know you don’t force it until it works. Can you help me get the union joint replaced. He once again said he doesn’t see any issues to fix. He opened the door and ushered me out of the bay. The car is going to be down a few days until I can get the part from the dealership that happens to be an hour and a half drive away one way. I don’t want the metal burrs to come loose and potentially create problems with the motor.

Used to go there everytime for my oil change but not anymore. One of them men who worked there asked for my number to send me a survey about my experience but instead used it to hit on me. Never going there again.

They put in synthetic without asking. Jeep is a high mileage vehicle and synthetic is not recommended.Service: Oil change

Been here twice. Always fast, friendly, and affordable. But what I really notice is how nice the employees appear to be treated by management, and that's why I really come back when I'm passing through even though it's 2 hours from home.
