Waited 30 minutes in electronics, with no help. Why lock up items if you literally aren't going to have any associates working to help out. Just terrible.

A product wouldn't scan at self check out and staff person couldn't find it in the system so instead of calling the department to try and work it out she said it's not in the system you can't have it. ??

I was happy with my experience here. One of the only three locations in the upper peninsula of Michigan. Using their mobile app, I was able to find everything I needed in the store. Hopefully their business continues to grow in the upper peninsula of Michigan so that they can add more stories to other towns that need them. I find that they have very helpful customer service.

I’m a loyal meijer customer but usually only do grocery shopping there today we decided to bring our 10 month over to see the fish in the fish tanks. There had to of been at least 20 dead fish in the tanks and not freshly dead but sunk to the bottom missing their eyeballs while other fish are feeding off them dead. It absolutely disgusted me we immediately took our son and left. Idk if it’s the lack of staff or just the lack of care but the condition of those fish is cruel and inhumane they are animals too and animal cruelty is disgusting! I was very disappointed to see this because like I said I was a loyal meijer customer but I refuse to put money into a company that think that’s ok

So friendly and helpful, used the self checkout and the girl with glasses saw me and helped me scan and finish my transaction seeing as I needed a wheelchair. They made sure I found everything and made conversation. My favorite place to grocery shop.

Love Love Love MEIJER...clean always, AWESOME STAFF friendly and helpful, mPerks are great to collect, if you shop the sales you can save a ton of monies, high quality products, produce is always fresh, bathrooms are always clean, I love the way they back their product and always are very good with refunds. This store is how all stores should be...Great work MEIJER it is a pleasure to shop here.
