I was approached many times by different employees during my visit and asked if I needed help. The help was much appreciated. Special ordering a product and checking out was fast and easy. The help in the lumber yard was fast and seemless.

Brought a drain snake for $100.00 to snake my sink drain. Only would go in 1-2 foot. Wiped it off and brought it back with my receipt. They would not give me a refund because I used it. Did not do what it was supposed to. No damage to product, and was cleaned. Beware. They told me if you buy something and open it they will not refund your money because it is considered used.

Of all 5 staff working on the floor that I was able to identify not a single one was wearing a mask. At the time each of them were working with customers who were also maskless.

It’s frustrating when you call there and the person that answers ask you what you need. You go through that process and then they send you to service desk. Then you have to explain all over again. You can call Parkers hardware and get helped with our having to transfer several times. Place hasn’t changed.

Have been going to this local business for many years. We are all aware of the deadly virus and variants. The employees of this BUSINESS do not wear masks.
