The only place left to get good dress pants and etc. I always feel like I don't belong there. I can feel employees cringe when I touch merchandise

The sales associate, Catie went beyond and above to provide me with the best service and offers even though my credit card application didn’t get approved onsite. Even the store manager took the time to elaborate further on my unsuccessful outcome and this actually helped to soothe my disappointment. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am happy we have a Kohl's store here in Sault Ste Marie MI. I only wish it was it was the same size as Gaylord and Marquette.
