“The first room they gave wasn't cleaned, so they put us in different room. Fridge didn't work but they brought us a new one. Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Excellent guest services.”
“Beautiful spot in the center of the strip, right across the street from the entrance to the Soo Locks park. The cottages were so cute and roomy. (2 queens). I felt very safe. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a typical cold spread, but done nicely. Everyone was very friendly on staff. I will be staying here again!”
“I was here for a conference. A deli or buffet for food options, plus the store that had snacks/drinks so no need to leave. My suite had a large jacuzzi, but the water flow was quite slow and it took about 1 hour to fill. Need additional hotel parking and some pavement repair leading to the hotel.”

“I was happy with this hotel and my stay. It was all around clean, the room was nice, updated and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and always ready on time or a bit earlier. The hotel was quiet for the week. I checked in on a Saturday and it was quite full for the rest of the weekend and I didn't have any issues with noise. The staff was always helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again.”
