“Update: Things seem to be turning around for the better here lately. Especially noteworthy is the recent changes made to the bakery. A new bakery manager has made all the difference in this department. Things that were old favorites are back again, and quality has improved exponentially. This is a good little store, sometimes a wee bit pricey, but worth it if you don't want to drive up the business spur to the big box stores. Last of the small grociers left in the downtown area. Nice, hometown store.”

BEWARE!
The store is going through re-modeling, or something, and it was a MADHOUSE - at lunchtime, on a Wednesday. I can't imagine how many shoppers are there in the evenings/weekends!
The staff is doing the best they can with what they have, so give 'em a break. It's the customers you have to watch out for. I bypassed a couple great looking items and sales because of isle traffic and rude shoppers. I'm sure it will be awesome when finished, and don't blame those there to help you ”
