Garbage company should go out of business Canada Wide. Bought a 85” Sony X900h with 3 year warranty, 2 years into ownership still under warranty counted well over twenty something dead pixels (more since). Best Buy sent someone to inspect it documented it and told me it’s gotta be something like twelve dead pixels in a square inch to be covered.. Warranty here means nothing, customer service means nothing.

So not only have these sale people lost Best Buy a customer plus anybody I happen to tell. Plus and future sales I would have made not to mention the laptop I never had a chance to pick up , forcing people to order on line running brick and mortar out of business , myself I like to shop in person

I bought a inexpensive laptop - I was led to believe I would be receiving accidental warranty.. because I have a cat, it would be needed I thought. I went in with problems with the manufacturing, as well as accidental. (Less than two months of owning the laptop) They let me know when it was already sent out that accidental coverage is not added. They called to tell me they received it back in store and when I got home, I opened the laptop and the manufacturing still isn't even fixed. It's still having the same issues which cause the accident to happen in the first place. Not cool best buy to not fix the manufacture problem and the accidental coverage I thought I was receiving.

SCAM AND FRAUD. The employees have been stealing credit card information and setting up geek squad without consent of customer. GEEK SQUAD DOESNT DO REFUNDS EITHER and gives tough time for the cancellation too. After 16-17 months i was checking card statement only to find out the protection plan was done without consent. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

On Nov.25 2023 my husband and I bought a 65" smart tv . Brandon was amazing help. As we are seniors, understand the streaming is new to us. He explained what was available, simplified all the information for us. Carried the TV to our truck. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you young man Merry Christmas !

Been waiting 5 hours for a call back to fix an over charge issue on my Fairstone account. Was instore, sent away while waiting for the specialist. Got the call that they knew how to fix the issue but the person was busy and would get back to me as soon as possible. It's now been 5 hours since, and I think I've been patient enough. I'm headed to work in 15 minutes.Suffice to say I'm not pleaded. Decided on a review since I can't get ahold of the store directly and do not have time to go back to the store AGAIN and re-explain this issue to a new crew.Edit: couple additions:1) the women on the 1-800 number was rather rude and short.?2) The teams in store were legitimately awesome to deal with. Just an unfortunate situation3) Didn't actually recieve a call back until 7:27pm thar night and had to return Sunday to resolve as I missed the call and was unable to return the call to the instore number.

This store is gone down hill. It was my go to store for electronics but limited supply,support and a big change in store products. Everything is online without any opinion to have delivery to the store instead of home. Who wants there electronics delivered outside in the snow to be stolen. The warranty package is a joke Beware!Did I mention no flyers what a disappointment and an insult.No in- store phone number is Ridiculous!Best buy has to listen to it's customers base and get back to the store it Once was?Stop using covid as an excuse!

I just bought a new MacBook, everything from the packaging to the contents inside is new. However, the lid of my laptop has a mark from a sticker, and I'm unsure if my laptop is brand new or if it has been used before because that sticker mark is not related to Apple's packaging:))))
