I have gotten my prescriptions from Arfstoms Pharmacy for many years and since hiring new pharmacist, quality and commitment to customer service has gone way down! I would have given it five stars six months to a year ago but now - no! 2-3 stars tops!

Old School hometown pharmacy but that is what I love about it, The staff is amazing and they are pretty fast filling scripts. The ladies are always nice and friendly! Great customer service!

The one in the Soo may be great, but the one in Cedarville is not. Totally took advantage of a hard of hearing old man and refused to help him saying they couldn't help him find the right size battery for his hearing aids. Totally do NOT recommend the one in Cedarville. I've met friendlier rattlesnakes.

Arfstrom pharmacy is such a lovely family owned pharmacy. Being from a very big city area, I have a lot of basis of comparison. I highly recommend Arfstrom for their excellent customer service. Their tech's really keep track of what is going on, often having my prescriptions filled before I have called in to ask. We have also worked with their staff in the medical supply realm as well, who kindly helped us navigate unknown territory. I chose not to transfer my prescriptions to the new big box store for the large discount they offered. Arfstrom has serviced my needs very well, and I preferred not to allow the new big guy on the block to shoulder out their income for even a month. Highly recommended!! Thanks Arfstrom team.
