“If I could give this place 10 stars I would.When I first found out they've been in business for 33 years I was stunned, but once I spoke with several members of their staff regarding an exchange it all made perfect sense.For starters, they had the latest stock in On Cloud shoes and I was able to find a pair that was sold out everywhere else I looked - so I was already impressed by that. Unfortunately, because On Cloud’s sizing is a bit off, I had to exchange for a half size down (what I thought would fit better). They happily sent me the half size down, and it arrived super quick in a few days. Well, that pair didn’t fit either - I felt so bad and called the team and it was handled immediately without question - they sent me another half step down on the call. Keep in mind, this was all before I even sent back the two pairs they had sent me originally. Everyone I interacted with throughout the entire process was super super nice and helpful.This is the kind of customer support you get at places like Landsharks, I honestly had never heard of it living in NY but because they had stock in the pair of On Cloud’s I wanted I was able to find such an amazing business. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, they have all the latest gear and the customer support is for real top notch.Thanks Landsharks!”
“This shop in downtown Saugatuck offers a lot of gorgeous art pieces, including sculptures, ceramics, paintings, and more. My favorite item was a painting of a cow with deeply soulful eyes by Christine Marcus Stone. I also loved the uniquely curved, colorful shelves by Dust Furniture.This is a fun place to look around, with a lot of treasures in stock. I'll be sure to return during future visits to the Saugatuck area.”
“I visited March of 2021. This store is wonderful! Large selection, fair prices, staff extremely helpful and nice. The store is well laid out. Everyone was wearing masks and this was my first time out shopping at a clothing store since last year March. I felt very safe. First class all the way!”

“Great quality t-shirts and sweatshirts with many options on designs that are screen printed on the shirt while you wait. Also very reasonably priced for the quality of the shirts. The owner is very personable, nice and funny! Next time in Saugatuck we will definitely visit again, we highly recommend!”

“The lady working the counter on the Monday in June we shopped was great! She was funny and friendly.
We found some great t shirt deals at this store. Some were on sale but even their regular pricing was not gouging like some of the other stores on this strip.
We bought tshirts and a petoskey stone looking hydroflask type container. They had some really cool maps and other large wall hanging items we liked a lot but didn't buy this time.
Check this place out! If you want some souvenirs, you can't go wrong here.”

The level of service has been slowly declining in most clothing stores. Not here. Favorite place to purchase clothing with great service, selection, and yes pricing.”
