Dave & Mary, your business comes highly regarded by those in the Saugatuck community. Unfortunately, the young woman answering the phones is frankly quite rude, dismissing, and does appear not have the capacity to speak with human beings . I called three weeks back for a quote, knowing there is a wait for everything these days. Today, I followed up, mentioned this specific quote, and she presumed to start all over again as if this was my first call. Then she made a excuse of how busy the business is as if its now my problem. While speaking with this woman, she seemed out of breath, in a hurry, and could not follow direction nor listen. Eventually, while providing her a vin# per her request on the engine size (3.7L), she hung up in mid sentence. If it were me, I'd move on, as I'm doing now.
