“I recently had to have my car repaired due to 2 accidents I was involved in. That also meant working with 2 different insurance companies. I have to commend Joe Schulte for his diligence and knowledge in how to handle both companies so that the repairs were both done at the same time for the best estimate possible. Mannes is a quality shop that does not use second hand or refurbished parts which I really appreciated. Joe really was conscientious in his abilities to keep me, the customer, top of mind as far as out of pocket expenses. Tara, their receptionist, also did a great job when it came to setting appointments and keeping me informed of when my car would be ready. She also worked with the rental car company to coordinate the details of having the rental available and returning it after I picked up my car. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Mannes Body Shop and the great crew they have working there. I’d heartily recommend this business to anyone needing body work on their car.”

“I want to commend JJ auto body's for taking responsibility for anything that occurred to the car. Recently ran into a deer on the highway and brought my Challenger to them for repairs. Prices are the best in town and they do quick, efficient work. They were responsive throughout the entire process of fixing the car and took responsibility in fixing the smaller issues that occurred after the fix. They are an awesome business and would 100 percent recommend them to anyone that need any bodywork, paint correction etc. Again thank you so much Janet and Juan!”

After having issues with another body shop, Grant took the time to walk us through the entire process of how he was going to fix our vehicle. “So I was with my daughter and my girlfriend's daughter going from Otsego to Muskegon today. When we made it to Holland I heard a bad grinding noise coming from my front passenger wheel. I pulled off at the BP gas station to check it out and found that one of the caliper brackets bolts was gone. I got on the phone with AutoZone over on 32nd St. in Holland and told them what was going on. I told them I didn't have any tools in my truck. I asked if there was anyway they could bring me the bolt and possibly a socket wrench that would fit. They didn't even hesitate. Within no time they showed up. Even helped me. Got it buttoned up (replaced both caliper bracket bolts) and folled them back to AutoZone and paid for the part. Huge.......HUGE shout-out to Matt and Dewey at AutoZone. They saved my a$$.”

Gentleman who I assumed was the owner was do very helpful even though he was not going to take me on as a client. That kind of care is rare to find and I so greatly appreciate his wisdom and guidance on who could work on my vehicle.”
“Great Dealership. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I'm happy with the work they do on my RAM 1500.
I do have one suggestion though for the owner....BRING BACK THE SMOOTHIE CAFE! I was looking forward to a $2 smoothie the entire way to the dealership, and was DEVASTED to find they shut it down and replaced it cheap coffee. Now, let's get into it. These smoothies were the best god damn smoothies in the entire town, and at only $2, they were a fraction of the price of any smoothies anywhere. Does the smoothie cafe make good business sense?? No. But it did make me very excited to go sit in the waiting room knowing i'd have the best smoothie in town at only $2. My wife I would come into the dealership to buy smoothies driving by even when we had no plan to stop. Maybe one day I would have stopped in for a smoothie and just decided I needed a new RAM but we'll never known, because I digress, the smoothies cafe has been replaced by terrible coffee. I asked employees about the disappearing smoothie stand, and they all just died a little bit on the inside thinking about how much they missed the smoothies as well.
So to the owner....bring it back. Did it make money? Probably not, but it's value was so much higher than the number you could ever put on it.”

“There are times you are treated with such excellence at a business that it simply is worth the time to share. It started with the initial phone call, a sincerely kind lady first inquired if my daughter was OK after the car accident she was in. Later, they were extremely prompt and professional to get the estimate done. Unfortunately the car was officially totaled, at which point we decided to take it as is and try to do some of the repairs independently. When picking up the car, it took a few extra minutes for them to pull it around from inside the shop. A little curious about this, I quickly discovered it was because they were doing some simple repair steps on an extremely cold day to make it was more easily drivable for us to leave. Extremely unexpected as they were not getting paid anything to do this extra work, and I certainly had not asked them to do that, but this is the kind of place Gerber is. They simply go so far over the top to be kind and helpful. Finally, even though they weren’t doing the repairs, I had called back with a question on the estimate as I was coordinating my independent repairs, and once again despite them talking to someone who would not be a paying customer to their business, they once again were so extraordinarily kind and helpful to answer some questions on the phone. This is simply not a typical experience from a repair shop, but worth sharing what an outstanding place this is!!”
