Terrible experience..restrooms dirty
Clerk was missing for long period
When I tried to get gas using my credit card the pump when to 0000 but would not pump...the clerk said I had to enter a rewards card...which I don't have....then she wanted me to enter my card again but I refused since it already took my card and acknowledged i could remove.
The clerk was rude and clueless
Never again will I use Saranac Speedway and I will tell others to avoid.
Plus they were 4 cents more than other 2 stations in Saranac
Sunoco was cheaper and great service

The lady at the counter seemed polite but the store is very dirty and I would not get a coffee from them they do not properly clean their coffee machines ended up throwing my cup away

Rudeness and laziness is what you can expect here. They're supposed to have breakfast sandwiches and the open food thingy ready in the morning but more than half the time both are either empty or mostly empty. There were two people the other day just standing in the back doing nothing but talking while the food area was empty! Don't bother saying something about it because they'll get an attitude and basically tell you to go down the street if you don't like it. To top it off, the staff in the afternoons act like they don't even want to be there or rarely even say anything unless it's to ask for your reward card(sometimes) or tell you the total. Lucky I even gave it 2 stars!

Small town racism. It’s got everything you need at a gas station though. Today was the second time I witnessed out loud racism in this store. The last time was 3 years ago and third shift so I gave her the benefit of a doubt, so to speak-it was night time and it was a man having suspicious car troubles. I waited with him until his help arrived because of what the cashier privately said to me-that type of fear is dangerous. However today, the out loud disrespect towards another black person happened again, this time between two cashiers, as if the entire line can not see and hear them going back and forth about a mistake of which kind of fuel this already waited on black woman had wanted. It was out loud declared that it was the customers fault because it certainly couldn’t have been hers-she did her job the same as she does every time. It was rude. As LITTLE as you see a person of color in this town you would think your employees could find 5 minutes of act right. And I don’t even come here that often. What a disgrace. Good ole Saranac Michigan.

The cook quit over two weeks ago and they still haven't replaced them or scheduled another cashier to make sandwiches. Ridiculous!
