“I just want to say that your salesman Tim Z. Should be awarded salesman of the century and I say this with conviction not cliche. Like many the thought of buying a new car comes with its large share of anxiety , for me it’s dealing with the salespeople as I know little about cars in general. It seems every time I’ve ever walked into a dealership and I’ve been to many over the years I’m quickly assessed as someone who may just drink the koolaid and fall for all the unnecessary add ons . lol I’ve walked out of many dealerships when sense that the add on game is about to begin. My last experience in purchasing a car in 2019 at Benton Baker Grand Rapids was bearable but my shout out goes to Tim Z. In Lowell MI. I found Tim to be one of the most honest and thoughtful human beings I’ve ever met. Tim listened perfectly to my needs expectations and wants and quickly put together a product . Man I’m telling you Tim didn’t miss a beat! Not only did he not miss a beat but he offered me a reasonable finance Pluss an amazing product. I am so grateful I have found Tim and have already began to network my influence sphere about this great guy always eager and ready to sign and deliver exactly what the customer wants. I will continue to patronize BB Lowell as long as there is a Tim Z. At service!

“I narrowed down a growl/howl noise in my truck to the rear axle. I didn't have time to work on it and I need the truck this time of year. I talked to Eric and he properly diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it (replaced axle bearings), and charged a fair price to do so. The axle is now very quiet and working perfectly!”

“My boyfriend and I were left stranded in a parking lot a mile from the their store with a dead battery. Luckily we were able to purchase a battery online and get it delivered to us. We wanna thank David for his kindness and service. He came out on his own time with his tools to drop off our battery and help us. Highly recommend this store over others in the area. We were turned down by surrounding stores unfortunately but O Reillys were extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“Took my ford truck in, for a problem another shop told me they fixed. They didn’t. Took it back, and they said they fixed it. They didn’t. Took it to DTS, on a recommendation from a neighbor. I made an appointment for three weeks away. They said if I left there they may be able to get it in sooner. Next morning, they called and said it was done! Took it out for a drive, and it was fixed. AND it was only $120! After $500 at the other place, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Very nice, explained every little detail. You’ll be sorry if you go anywhere else. Ten stars!!”
