“Each visit me and my large, anxiety filled, gentle giant leave with a positive attitude. The vet staff is always very compassionate, patient, and never seems to outwardly judge us. I have a large, senior German Shepard who has had a bad experience with a vet and groomer in the past. So he hates having to come at this point. But I really believe because of their approach he’s warming up to the idea of having to go to the “doggy doctor” again!
They also never try to upcharge or push a treatment if it’s not what we came for. We show up with an issue and purely *that* is resolved. I’ve found myself in the past struggling with vets over this, but so far not them.
He’s definitely not an easy dog to care for from a vets perspective so to have them be so welcoming is beyond comforting for him and me.
Overall, I highly recommend this animal clinic!”
