I came to rent your trailer at 750 am waited outside..I called 2 days prior and was told this is the only way to rent it..I walked in as soon as you unlocked the door, you said the trailer was gone already DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS YOU OBVIOUSLY SAVED IT FOR YOUR BUDDY !

Went into this location to purchase a new sump pump when ours quit working. I know very little about sump pumps/installation and Jake in the service department went way above and beyond to help me get the right equipment. He even set up my new pump in store so all I had to do when I got home was connect it to the existing flex hose. I offered him a tip for all his help and he politely turned it down so I decided to leave a review. Jake was by far the nicest and most helpful associate I've ever dealt with anywhere and the reason I will continue to shop at this TSC store. Give him a raise! Cecelia was also extremely helpful and friendly, I just didn't have as much interaction her. Thank you both and I hope TSC realizes the true value of these individuals.

I ordered a wood stove online, and selected store pick up, at 8:10 pm. By 8:22 my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the store and was helped, and loaded, within 2 minutes. Truly one of the best experiences I've had! Quick side note - the parking lot is FAR too dark . I couldn't even see the parking space lines. This isn't safe for employees, or customers. I hope corporate fixes that situation soon!
