I called Sheldon on a Friday to let them know I was receiving a heating error message on my CPAP. Amanda B. helped me out and confirmed the error reporting on her end. She told me, no worries, a brand new replacement machine would be sent out. I couldn't believe it, I got my replacement first thing Monday morning! Amanda also transferred me to the supply reorder and I got that taken care of as well. Talk about fast, caring customer service! Thank you!

Horrible service. The harass you with phone calls. They lie to you and tell you things will be covered by insurance and then you get a big bill in the mail. They are a very shady and totally unreliable company. I am completely disgusted with them.

The best oxygen company around Genesee county! Not only were they quick and setting my mother-in-law up with the oxygen that she needs, but they got her her portable oxygen concentrator for her with no problem. Other companies said insurance would not pay for a portable oxygen concentrator unless she use tanks for 3 months. With Sheldon medical supply I found out that that was not a rule for insurance but a company policy of other companies. Thank you for being easy to work with and ensuring my mother is well taken care of!

One of their drivers just cut me off on. I 94 in Saint Clair shores. Michigan then proceeds to give me the middle finger. Honk and shine is bright to me. And you're vehicle is the African American male. And this is August fifteenth, Tuesday, at 7:45 AM again. Traveling northbound on I 94.

Wow Sheldon. Now you want to charge $40 for a cpap report that takes an employee about 3 minutes to email? Ridiculous, not to mention poor quality customer service. Maybe you should consider letting the owner of the cpap machine (because we have now paid enough to own it instead of rent it we now have to pay for a report) be able to access their own usage report without having to pay you $40. Medical world inflation at its finest.

Had cpap delivered today, delivery driver brought a stack of papers to sign, he couldn't answer my questions, tried calling to get clarification, kept getting hung up on by Madison, will be looking for a new company who is more patient oriented, and understanding of questions, driver was very personable, so was csr Chad, Madison could use more training

Sheldon has gone downhill within the last couple years. Having used Sheldon for years for my CPAP needs they were always great. Now I unfortunately got the Resmed Airsense 10, not Sheldon's fault, a machine that has a very limited lifetime because of a faulty part Resmed never bothered to replace. And having replaced the machine like 4-5 times due to the part issue, Sheldon wanted to get me a completely new machine as I had new insurance. This seemed like a great idea, until it became a complete nightmare of incomitance and lack of follow thru/follow up. After almost 3 weeks, they couldn't even give me an idea when I would get my CPAP. Guess they didn't realize because they technically work for me that they could just be 'fired.' Now they know. And now I have to contact my insurance to make sure they, in no way get money for this. On top of that I have to pursue getting them to pay for the Doctor's visit I 'had to have' for what appears to be no reason at all. One would think that a medical supply would work like people's lives depend on it, because they do...but not at Sheldon.

Overcharged for breathing machine. Got different pricing form each person answering phone. Shady billing.
