They put tires on our car very expensive tires. Never aligned to the vehicle never told us to get an alignment and refused to standby the tires now that they are bald less than 90 days later. They’re incapable of providing the service that you need for the tires you were purchasing go somewhere else!

Great prices for a used tire, I’ll give them that. But they never tighten my lugnuts fully on Friday, so now I have a broken stud for my lugnuts, only have 5 lugnuts when my truck has 6 spots for lugnuts, make sure to tighten down the lugnuts after they’re done, Thanks Sandusky tire co, they have been corporate with me and they fixed everything for free. They really have showed me what customer service is all about

Usually this place is pretty good or so i thought, i pull in to get my tires balanced and rotated also have a leak in a tire, i dont have time during the week to do everything and work but as he is on a call Taking a job for an 11 or so time slot refused my service because they are to busy. For context only car in the lot is mine. This is not the first time i was sent away when this business still had hours left on their schedule.
