My car broke down in Sandusky, but I am from Port Huron and therefore was not familiar with shops in town. I had a family member suggest Mike's and the tow truck driver said to me "oh yeah, Mike is a great guy and does great work". And he was right! Mike was very transparent with me with all the car "stuff" and was very honest about prices. His reputation preceded him in the best way. Hopefully I won't have any more car issues in the near future, but if I do, I will be trusting it with Mike and his team.

I wasn’t sure where to take my Jeep for brake repairs in Sandusky. So I Googled auto repair and decided on Sandusky Auto Repair and Performance based on the reviews I’d seen. I’m glad I did - the mechanic (sorry I didn’t get his name) got me in and fixed the problem within a day. I thought the price very reasonable. Friendly people and professional at their jobs. They have very experienced auto technicians that can work on any kind of vehicle. They also have a full range of tires for sale that will fit anyone's budget. A wide selection of brands of quality tires especially with winter coming on the snow will be flying soon.

No one likes to visit a car repair shop. But it's much better when you know they are honest, that the know their stuff, and will stand behind their work. They do good work, ask fair prices. It's a friendly family owned business that will even go out of their way to help. I hate car repairs but REALLY don't want to go somewhere else.

Needed a few things fixed on our vehicle. Told them what we wanted done out of their recommendations. They went ahead and did all of them. Not what we asked for. Had to pay way more than what we were willing. Wont be coming back.

Mike is the best. I’ve taken my car other places and I’ve never gotten the service or quality as I do here. Reasonable and reliable. I’ve never been disappointed.Very thankful they are here in sandusky!
