Horrible service ... terrible manners on the phone and really obnoxious behavior overall. I needed to order an arrangement for a funeral in Lexington but am calling from Japan and they just wouldn't take any time to work with me... hung up on me twice.

Sandtown Florist is outstanding! I have ordered flowers for my mom (who lives near Sandusky) from them twice and both times the experience was terrific. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. Mom loved them so I'm happy.

I want to thank the staff of Sandtown Florists for a wonderful experience this week. I live in New Jersey and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Michigan for her birthday. I explained to the staff that I had had several bad experiences ordering flowers in the past. They recommended a beautiful arrangement and explained the substitutions for some flowers that weren't available. They sent me a picture of the flowers and contacted me when they would be delivered. My daughter loved them and I was very pleased. During this time of separation, it's so important to be able to work with someone that you have never met to be able to show your love to a family member who is far away.
