I’ve been taking my car here for a few years to have a rear end alignment done. I’ve gone through 11 tires, and had been wondering why my oil change place kept telling me I needed a rear alignment when I just had one done. When taking it to a better mechanic, I’ve found out I’ve never even had one done at all, need an part that has been over looked for YEARS which was the reason I was going through so many tires. Also that mechanic broke a wrench trying to get parts off to fix my car. Women beware.

The place seems to be run by people who could care less if they get your service or not. IF you are able to get through on the phone and they dont ignore your call or simply hang up you may get the impression that you are bothering them. IF they do schedule a day for you to bring your vehicle in, good luck getting any update on why is wrong with it or when it will be done. I have called 2 days now could not speak to anyone. I guess im going to have to physically go in and see what is going on with my car. Im just glad its my spare vehicle otherwise i would be out of luck getting to work or anywhere else. Not impressed so far.

First time here and they fixed everything they said they would in an appropriate amount of time. The work appears to be top notch and they want to follow up with me to make sure everything was going ok and no problems. Definitely plan on going to them again in the future.
