Selma, at the Sandusky, Michigan office is extremely personable, educated, experienced and goes out of her way to answers any and all questions.
She took me this year, last minute, last appointment (late Saturday) and it was the deadline, last day to file.
I was late, she didn't care. She greeted me with a smile. She answered all my questions and provided me with information that will maximize my refund for next year.
She's so on top of things that she found that my filing status wasn't updated by my employer, which minimized my refund for this year, but prepares me for next year. I think that's great.
