I took my car for a oil change had my own oil and filter, waited for a hour finally checked to see what was taking so long, my car was sitting in the parking lot no one came to tell me it was done !!! wasnt very happy

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. After spending over 50k on a truck at this dealership they don’t disclose they did 5 hard credit inquiries and caused my credit to decline-only to be notified months later.
