“Went into this location to purchase a new sump pump when ours quit working. I know very little about sump pumps/installation and Jake in the service department went way above and beyond to help me get the right equipment. He even set up my new pump in store so all I had to do when I got home was connect it to the existing flex hose. I offered him a tip for all his help and he politely turned it down so I decided to leave a review. Jake was by far the nicest and most helpful associate I've ever dealt with anywhere and the reason I will continue to shop at this TSC store. Give him a raise! Cecelia was also extremely helpful and friendly, I just didn't have as much interaction her. Thank you both and I hope TSC realizes the true value of these individuals.”

“Store is well maintained however has gone down in customer service over the years. Employees used to greet you when youd walk by. Now they look at you with a pissed off look that you are in their store. You can definitely tell if an employee was working there pre2020 or not because if they are after 2020 forget getting any help or even a simple hi”
