Never have I been witness to a level of complete incompetence, that exists here at this branch. Three out of three tellers that could not get a simple transaction right and I was forced to call corporate to correct the issues they created on my account. I am done with Chase and taking my business elsewhere.

Whenever I go to Chase in Sandusky they are always very helpful and courteous. I have been using their bank for over 25 years now and I would recommend them.

Rude staff. Don't answer phones even if you call repeatedly...No restrooms for customers which isn't a big deal till the female Lisa told me to go to tractor supply to use the rest room.

Very dissatisfied.... trying to move my banking to this area yet no one at Chase will pick up the phone - at multiple branches. I sat in the lobby last Saturday in Lapeer for too long and left. Sure wouldn't get that from Comerica Bank unfortunately they are far enough north to use them any longer. Doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion...

Poor communication skills and unwilling to fix their own mistakes without extreme hasel and cost to the customer. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone!
