“Fabulous experience from start to finish! I’m a new mom and I haven’t taken the time to find out what my bra size actually is in WAY too long, so I stopped in here based on a lot of great recommendations from other moms in the area. The moment I walked in I felt welcome and safe! Jada helped me with sizing, styling, how to adjust my bras, and answered every single one of my questions. She was delightful and I cannot emphasize enough how great of a job she did! I left feeling educated, confident in my purchase, and overall very well supported. This is the only place I’ll be bra shopping from now on. When you go, ask for Jada! She is an absolute star.”

“I wanted to shop local and bought my suit here off the rack for my wedding. Working with Bill was an excellent experience! He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance not only with the suit, but with the shirt and tie stylings as well. I felt very comfortable knowing I was purchasing a high quality product that would be a great investment. The alterations were very quick (it took about a week), and the suit fit perfectly. “I had my first pointe shoe fitting recently and I really feel that I have the right shoe for me. I loved Michelle's personality and her ability to easily throw information at me without glancing at a paper or screen. She took my opinion into consideration when trying a variety of shoes and payed attention to what was supportive and comfortable for me. I ended up taking home the most supportive and comfortable shoe. The prices are pretty high, but that is expected at any local pointe shop. That just means that the pointe shoes are not cheap and are well made. They are also costly because pointe shoes are made by hand and take a person's time to craft. They are not made by the fitter, rather made by brands like Bloch and Capezio. They also carry soooooo many cute leotards, leg warmers, necessary hair pieces, gels, perfumes, and bath soaks for dancers, and must-have accesories!
I highly recommend.”
“When I visited the states for the first time 1995/96 this was THE store I fell in love with. Of course we didn't have anything like this in Germany.. coming back as an adult it was very disappointing to see how much this store has changed.. when visiting this one..I was told that Hot Topic will slowly go back to the way it used to be without all the anime items. Which would be fantastic!!The beautiful woman working (sorry I forgot your name) was very sweet and helpful and I appreciated her kindness that day.”

As I entered the oasis of outdoorsmanship I was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced. the name of the salesman sadly has escaped my memory but I believe it was Collen? Anyways I have never had a more personalized shopping experience and felt valued as a customer”
“I had a very positive experience here for first time shopping. Before exploring WHBM, I was struggling to find work pants my size in stores around Ann Arbor. However, I could immediately picked two pairs of straight and wide leg pants here thanks to the supportive staff. “Nice staff and instructors. This was my first experience with a Pure barre studio and the type of classes they offer. I had never taken a barre class of any kind before. Ultimately, I don't think the form of exercise is for me, but I had a lot of fun leaving my comfort zone and learning new ways to exercise. The regular price for a 4-class/month membership is $89/mo. I personally think it is too much, considering the classes are only 50 minutes long. That's about $22 per class. I would be open to returning when I'm in a better financial state. I would recommend trying their free class to see if it's for you!”

“This was my first time back to the M Den in many years. Stopped to pick up a t-shirt for my girlfriend after Michigan won the national championship game to find t-shirts ranging in price from $25 up to $45. I think this is ridiculous as the lower priced t-shirts were Glidden brand which you can buy for just a couple of dollars. I do not believe the print on a t-shirt warrants the additional inflation. The store has a very large variety of items.”
