I wish I never took our dog here. We have a stunningly gorgeous Bernedoodle puppy with gorgeous fur. We brought her here for a light clean up and told the groomer multiple times not to shorten her fur. When we picked her up they had completely shaved her fur off. We were devastated and they brushed us off and took our money. After posting about this, another friend reached out to me to say they did the same to their dog. It's like going for a trim on your hair and having the stylist shave your head. We will never go back and regret ever taking our sweet girl there.

Couldn’t happier with this facility and their groomers. They do a phenomenal job with my large golden doodle every time and the staff is always kind and informative. Honest staff that I trust with my baby! Highly recommend.

We used this groomer for years but ever since they have moved to the location on River Oaks Blvd. they are absolutely terrible. 1. When you walk in all the groomers turn their heads and look at you staring at you but then no one says hi or is smiling. I mean, I don't expect a parade or anything however to have 3-5 people turn their heads and look at you without saying hello or hi or anything, it's bizarre. You can just feel this vibe of anger or something walking through the door... 2. I had a family emergency, I called and told them I may not be able to make it but didn't cancel because my nieghbor said they could take my dog in for the apt. My nieghbor had an issue and missed the apt. Waggles N Whiskers has a $25 no show fee policy so fair enough I paid the $25 even though we were a loyal customer for 8 years they couldn't seem to wrap their head around "maybe it would be better customer service to look up our history and see that we haven't ever missed an apt before and give us the benefit of doubt and waive the fee once for us". This is what I asked and they looked at me like I had 3 heads... not just the person at the front desk but almost all the groomers turn their heads and look at me.. super strange and uncomfortable. 3. I provided a picture of the cut I requested for our dog and was dismissively responded to like "ok ok that's what we'll do then"...I get there to pick up the dog and she was basically shaved with the same size clipper all over (even on her face). Literally shaved super short in the middle of winter (and I had told them "not to short" because it's winter in my initial direction). I said "this doesn't look like the pic". They said, she had matting so we shaved her. I wash my dog every other week and brush her hair for at least 30 mins with 2 different brushes. She didn't have ANY matting when I brought her in! I voiced that I wasn't happy with this cut and they were again extremely dismissive and rude while everyone in the shop again is staring at me. 4. I wouldn't touch this place with a 50 foot pole for my dog ever again. Don't they know this is any internet world?! Don't they understand that real people have real emergencies.

My dog has never really liked getting bathed or being blow dried, so I was hesitant to bring her to a groomer, but the staff at Waggles n Whiskers were so kind and patient with her! They all said how sweet she was and how well behaved she was (every though she was not happy to be dried!)Still so grateful that they were willing to work with her and get her looking all prettied up again!

Service is terrible. Angry and rude customer service. I took my pet here to get a haircut and a wash, came back smelling worse than when I brought my dog here. My dogs fur was cut unevenly.

The staff there take great care of the past. My dog is rambunctious around you people and when she got her nails done they had her calm I was shocked!!!

We went here for several years, but in the past year the service has plummeted. Our dogs pads have been cut up the past two times, they haven't trimmed their nails, their fur is uneven and ears untouched. It's been terrible. We won't return again.

The owner is very unprofessional. She berated me in the lobby for being late for an appointment. I called her from home to let her know I would be late and asked if I should still come. She said yes. When I got there she accused me of being late often which was a lie. She must have had me mistaken for someone else. Needless to say I left with my dog and will not be going back. And what's with the baby talk voice she uses incessantly?

Doesn't even deserve a star.Similar to other poodles and doodles with poor reviews, our golden doodle too ended up with scratched corneas due to what I will call pure ignorance. Which, like others, resulted in emergency vet visits. This facility has no idea what they are doing.When addressed they offered little to no remorse and have yet to offer any sort of refund for injuring our dog. Definitely considering legal action if others have had this same experience.

I took my dog ginny for a shampoo and nail trim. The girls were very nice to my dog. They were very efficient, and did it in a timely fashion.
