Here 25 minutes after opening in a line with 8 other people and no employees in sight. Wonderful service!

Talk about the most unfriendly place to be! I hate going in here because I always get the same lady and she is so condescending, rolls her eyes and makes it such an awkward feeling. Do not recommend this place for customer service but they do get the packages out when I take them.

I’ve been going to Saline’s post office for 31 years.
The employees are friendly and helpful.
Thank you .

The lady who delivers mail to our house is so nice, friendly and professional. I wished I could say this about employees in the Saline branch office. Some of them have been customer friendly and take care of the customers postal needs. However, when I call this office, typically whoever answers is extremely rude and abrupt. Today when I called them to see how I could get a duplicate of a lost receipt for a priority mail package in order to have the tracking number, she told me to go to their branch office and they should be able to give me a duplicate receipt based on the credit card that I used to pay for priority mail. When I arrived at the office and told the lady about my phone conversation, to my surprise, she rudely advised that she could not help me recover my lost receipt. Overall, I am very displeased the way I was treated today.

We have never had a bad experience with this post office location. Employees have always been super helpful and they've consistently gone above and beyond. We love having such a friendly, easy local post office!

If there is 0 I would rate it 0. The dark skin middle age lady was so rude and customer unfriendly ! I tried to return a product with written “ return to sender”As instructed. She’s like it’s open and I need to pay for it. I said ok. Then she charge me $9 for regular mail delivery with label without asking me if I need the label $0.99. I returned to her after fill in the label. She looked at the open box with her attitude in high pitch voice : why did u open the box??” I said I need to write invoice # and company wants me also to write “ please refund “ note inside. She’s like “ oh—“ so unprofessional! Then she went “ now u will need to pay the tape! It’s $3.99! “ I said “ I can tape it myself can u give me a piece of tape please ?” She answered it so rude : “ no !! you need to pay for the tape it’s $3.99“ !!!” I said “ oh, you didn’t tell me you won’t give me a piece of of tape I need to pay $4 for it, I can take it at home myself and now I’m wasting $1 u had me pay the for 2 labels if I go home I can just write the label myself!” When I lived in NYC. The USPS always has tons of tapes for customers to use for free! Her rude attitude and unprofessional service messed up my day and I won’t never ever to see her ugly rude face with high pitch voice again ever in my life !!

Really mixed service here. A couple of counter folks have been pretty good and helpful, a few others are downright rude and bring such attitude before word one is even said that it is uncomfortable to deal with them. I have also seen what I would consider unacceptable interactions between employees, whether counter employees sniping at and insulting one another or customers or hearing what sounds like employees making rude and inappropriate comments to/harassing other employees who are out of sight in the back area. Totally unacceptable. Maybe it's time for a new manager for this office. On the plus side, our carrier is AMAZING! Suffered through a few years of TERRIBLE, and I mean terrible, service - mail was all mixed up and bank statements and other confidential information were routinely delivered to the wrong addresses (and we have multi unit mail clusters so not like they are even going house to house!). Glad for this last change, however, as our current carrier is absolutely FABULOUS! Just hope they stay. I know I would not want to work in this location. And yes, this is for the Saline Maple Road post office.

I just stood in line for 5 minutes to be told I was 1 minute late for sending express. The lady had been in the back and had she moved faster or given a little human leeway I may have been able to get my package sent on time.

Wouldn’t accept a 5pm package at 4:59

If I could, I would rate this location zero stars. I made a passport appointment several weeks in advance and had an actual picture of my confirmation on my phone for proof, but was told upon my arrival that my appointment hadn't been officially confirmed. The employees here are always so rude and just incompetent. It's time to close down this branch due to the negative customer service. If you don't like your job then get a new one, but stop with the sour faces and terrible customer service. Government incompetence at its finest.

Manager never called us back regarding a phone that was “delivered” but not in mail box. Manager also was denying being able to check the truck to see if the phone was still there. Also shown proof device wasn’t even suppose to be mailed to Saline and they still messed up the delivery. No accountability with these people.

I visited this location on October 10 at roughly 5:30 p.m. the girl with the tan skin and blonde highlights working the counter was not just unhelpful, she was rude and condescending. First she told me that they didn't have the envelope I needed, then she refused to help me ballpark how many stamps I would need to purchase. Turns out they did have the envelope I needed, and I threw my hands up and just bought 10 stamps because I couldn't get any real help. On the way out I overheard her talking trash about me to her coworker as soon as my back was turned. Absolutely awful

Walking up to the Counter at the Post Office in Saline Michigan, you are greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome.Paula (a USPS employee) assisted me renewing my United States Passport today. Her attention to detail, kind demeanor and informational conversation reassured me that my passport renewal would be processed properly.Paula, literally found a mistake that was overlooked by another Post Office; ensuring I’d receive my passport on time (without having my application mailed back and forth multiple times).Paula represents the very best of the United States Postal System.Thank you…..

I think these guys do a great job on what's likely limited resources.
