There is a 6 month commitment required to rent a mailbox—even though I was told the minimum was 3 months when I called for pricing. I’m not spending $200 to get a few pieces of mail while working in Michigan. A waste of time driving out there. I never thought UPS would become just another shipping company with poor customer service. But here we are. The reason given for the 6 month minimum is that they are required by law to hold mail for 90 days after a person no longer uses or pays for the box. No idea why 3 months is worse than 6. If there’s a 90 day obligation, the length of the original rental agreement shouldn’t matter.

UPS consistently fails to drop off packages at my apartment. I regularly see the “We missed you” stickers from UPS on the outside of the door from mine and other’s orders.
UPS never uses the call box to get buzzed in to the mail room. UPS also decides not to leave it outside the door, where it could be easily brought in. Instead, they leave it at a pickup location like CVS or the UPS store. What’s the point of paying for delivery when I need to go pick it up every time?
I’m leaving a 1 star review because it’s an ongoing problem for all the apartments in the building, not just mine. USPS, Amazon, etc all are able to deliver to us consistently and rarely have issues.

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Store is consistently clean and organized. Shipping is easy and straightforward. I also utilize this store for printing promotional materials. My print requests are filled quickly and high quality. Highly recommend this store.

Absolutely great 💯 customer service. The owners and their associates offer a greeting and fantastic service. It is rare for me to give a 5 star rating, but these good folks deserve it as a reflection of their kindness every time I visit this UPS store. They were so kind here. I came to do a fax and while it processed, I asked about a citizenship photo. The software had Canada’s specs in it. Had a photo a couple minutes later! Super appreciate these services and this very nice staff!
I came to this location since it closes two hours after my usual location in Ypsilanti, on Saturdays.

I take my amazon and other returns here all the time. They are friendly and fast. Today one of my shipping labels was cut off and Susan was able to reprint it for me and send it off! So helpful!
