They did thorough research to try to figure out what was going on (my car can be a bit of a mystery) and were able to get it worked out at a really decent price!”

“UPDATE: picked my car up Friday, Mike said it was test drove about a hour, drives great all is good and this generation of car can go for years. Drove out of the lot, headed two miles for home, had to pull over within 5 minutes, over heating and dummy lights. Took it back, talked to Keith this morning, hoping for good news soon. Everything else in it seemed fine, no smoke or anything. Fingers crossed! It was about 103 degrees with the heat index at pick up,

I searched without sleep for 48 hours reading reviews and posting on local sites asking where to take my Honda, (my baby) to have the serpentine belt fixed It snapped on one of the most ridiculous hot days ever in Michigan. I have a husband and son who are not physically healthy enough to help me, so My car has been dealership maintained since its birth. She has almost 300k miles and not one dash light. I truly love my car, it is my safe place, it’s where I think, relax, with my job, sometimes sleep and I am one of those one paycheck away from losing everything, so I can’t afford a new one. I have to be able to get to work, family doctor appts, etc. My car is everything. I have RA and Lupus, I can’t be breaking down, this was scary for me to go outside the comfort of the dealership. Within 24 hours of having her towed in I received a call from Keith with the price, what the work entailed so i understood exactly what was happening. They charged a very fair price, gave me comfort of work being done and explained the warranty. If you are looking for a place to take your car, not just for a repair but to care for your baby, to keep her safe on the road, please do not hesitate to call Keith or Mike. I am so excited to get her back today! Keith, you’re a true blessing! Thank you for taking a very stressful scary situation and making it as pain free as possible for me.

“Words cannot explain how thankful we are for the honesty and expedience of Washtenaw Auto Care Center in Ypsilanti, MI. We were visitng Ypsilanti and ready to head home when our car started making an awful scraping sound and then the car would not start. Luckily we were able to get the car to Washtenaw Auto Center, with less than an hour before their closing time . . . on a Saturday. The Center was very busy. However, they took us in and addressed the issues. The mechanics quickly resolved the scraping sound, and then disgnosed the stall as a bad starter. They said we could leave the car and pick it up in the morning. When they realized we live an hour away, they immedidately went out of their way to get the new part. One of the mechanics volunteered to stay overtime and replaced the starter. We were on our way by 7:30pm. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to this amazing, kind, efficient and very reasonable auto repair center. We would give them 10 stars if we could.”
