Brought in 3 pairs of jeans to be hemmed. Totally my fault I did not ask ahead of time how much for the hemming. I was shocked when she said $68 dollars so she took $60. Never again going there, the hemming was awful, only one pair was done ok. The other two were bad. I’ve never seen anyone do a hem like that. I’m in the process of fixing it myself. Customers don’t need to hear about rents or what people are charged in New York. Very unkempt business and not clean. I wouldn’t advise going there.

I took in a romper to have the length altered, not only did I receive same day service, the length was perfect, and she was very kind and wonderful, would definitely recommend for anyone! I will continue taking all my things there and the price, wow the price was very very reasonable

Charged me double what I was quoted. Drove there twice so she could “measure again”, took my money and left us with a dress that is 4 different lengths on the bottom. Not a place I’d return to nor recommend. Highly disappointed.

Do not go to this place. I called to ask if she could alter a wetsuit, her reply was 'yes'. Brand new $510 wetsuit. Tried it on and discussed what needed to be done. She then proceeded to cut off the legs, handed it back to me and said "I am not doing this". Wetsuit is ruined. The place is cluttered and not clean.

I would not recommend taking things to this shop for alterations.The shop owner quotes you a price then charges you more when you arrive to get your items. I was charged for "steaming" the item, which I did not ask for, nor did the fabric require steaming. The simple hem ended up being uneven and did not hang straight when worn. The shop itself is cluttered and dark and does not smell or look clean.Service: Alterations

The most amazing service! Mrs. Chang is such a delight and incredibly talented artist. My daughters prom dress arrived on Tuesday needing to be tailored. She had it done the next day! Quality of work is incredible and really amazing good prices.

I have been using Top Notch for years, she does an outstanding job. I get my work uniform cleaned/pressed and it always comes out great and on time. My white shirts look like new when I get them back.. I enjoy the friendly conversations and quality service.
