“Seems like most of the reviews for this place reflect FedEx as a company and not this particular location. It is not open to the public but I had to take my package here because the store wouldn’t accept it because of the battery sticker. I buzzed the gate, the lady was super kind, took the package without complaint and I was on my way. Tracked the package and it left the facility around 3 hours later! I am grateful that she made this step in a rather complicated return process easy!Again: NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Do not arrive thinking you’ll be dropping your package at a storefront. There is a drop-box near the entrance though.”

“This review is for the woman who helped make sure me and my kids were safe from a drunk homless person following us for a block or so. We went inside the store and I explained to the lady what happen.. So she let us stay inside the store a while, even letting my kids look at stuff like greeting cards, etc. until the person was out of the premises. she then even offered to walk us to our car that was parked several blocks away! This was not part of her job yet she was kind and watching out for me and my family, you do not see this type of kindness every day. ”
“I have always had positive experiences here. Staff are very helpful and conscientious. I have had amazing experiences getting materials printed. Today I was helped by Alex who made sure everything in my order was printed perfectly. Can't recommend this store enough!”
“This place is great. I found it looking online for a Notary, called and he was available right then. I drove to the Mail Shop, was able to get my papers Notarized, I asked if he could make a couple copies for me, he did, then was able to mail everything off. One stop. Lex, the female employee on shift that day stood and helped me for 45 minutes checking everything over because I didn't have my glasses. Marcus, the Notary and I believe the owner, was just as great. If you need something Notarized, call him first. He's available, and he will travel to you if needed. Just a great experience all around. Thanks Marcus and Lex, you made my afternoon much smoother ?”

“This Staples location simply has the best staff. The team is welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In particular, I want to give Chris in the print and marketing department a big shoutout. As I have been working through designing and printing my wedding signs and materials over the last few weeks, Chris has been so immensely insightful and willing to help. His customer service is outstanding - he has been so quick to provide service, attentive, full of great recommendations and guidance. Not only to me, but I witnessed his kindness and genuine desire to help a handful of customers during my trips in.
Update: I’ve now had the opportunity to work with more of this team in preparation for my upcoming wedding. They truly are all so incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful. “The staff at this location are great, I had a phone try to be delivered to the wrong address so I went here and the girl at the front tracked it down for me and called me when it came back to the location so I could come get it.The downfall is their automated phone system, which is why I had to drive out there. It doesn't understand anything and when you finally connect to someone they're half a world away and have no idea what you're telling them.”

Jey helped me make prints of a few of my son’s art projects for a college portfolio, and he was patient and meticulous with each piece. I cannot recommend this store enough.
