“This location took a lot of stress off my plate regarding finger printing. I previously visited the Huron St location and was treated poorly and ultimately turned away. This location has a fingerprint technician whose specialty is fingerprints, and she told me my fingerprints look fine. Although the technician is not there everyday if you stop by and ask they will tell you when she will be in next. Thank you!”

“I’m not sure why this location is so poorly rated, but I think they are AWESOME. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here no matter who I get they are always so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to other locations in the past where they expect you to have a degree in postal services and are rude.”
