“The pharmacy tech is diligent and helpful. When there were insurance changes that happened at the beginning of the year, she let me know ahead of time that there might be price changes. I really appreciate that she made sure I was aware and gave me a chance to price shop. That's really outstanding considerate customer service.I was concerned about having to come into the store to present ID for the prescriptions and she took the time to explain to explain options with much less public contact. Again, I appreciate essential businesses who provide medical services that genuinely serve their customer base.”

413 E Michigan Ave, Saline“I came here to drop off a UPS package. Right after arriving, I heard on the telecom an order to send staff to the front desk to scan my package. It was a bit of a wait, but the cashier kindly asked me to put the package on the table and wait for the shipping associate. After he arrived, he promptly scanned my package, and it was shipped soon after. The cashier thanked me before waving me goodbye. I appreciate the respect and courtesy I received from these staff, and I hope others will receive the same treatment.”
“Can't beat the friendly service you get from Jensen's. I came over from using CVS and Walgreens before and this is whole different experience that I don't dread. There is an easy to use app if that's your thing but you aren't made to feel like you have to. You can opt in to get texts for status of your order. Notice I said opt in. If you've been a CVS customer you know how many unneeded robocalls you get from them and how hard it is to get them to stop. Won't happen here. Can't say enough good about them.”
