The General manager AKA Lisa Grimmette
Is the branch manager & bank manager. She closed account. Not sure how we got stuck with her . We most definitely were treated very poorly compared to any other customers in the same situation. NO CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER . She didn’t even allow
Is to share our information.
My account was closed with out consent
The regional manager is a bully and if you don’t have thousands of dollars in your account they close it. I was given a fraudulent number from comcast for Netflix
Called it and it turned out to be a scam. While I did the two step verification. They got into my account fraudulent scammed me out of a few hundred dollars on iTunes . Next day called the bank because my Account had fraud charges on it. I was told to cancel my card and they took the wrong information and put into my statement. The bank paid the money . Then my charges before my account were paid but the bank charged me 6 overdraft fees of $36
Plus $7.00 for 6 days for being overdrawn
While my account was under a investigation . This is there standard policy. When my account had been hacked they should have closed the account and my husbands card. We were also told that he can use his card even with all the banks fees.Lisa the regional manager received evidence presented from Apple that I had not used my account since March . She decided that she felt I had called card service to see what was going on. She had no intention of giving me back my money because she had documented on 5/3 no credits or refunds . My fraud happened on 5/1. Lisa since I had submitted new evidence to prove my claim. She closed my account and never submitted my information from Apple and when she closed the account
It closed the fraud charges. Been here for 13 years. Find a new bank!

rude, unhelpful, manager seemingly won't lift a precious pinky to assist when busy.

I had never done business with Old National until I had to step in and take care of my parents' finances. It's been a great experience to work together with them to handle all of the legal and financial aspects of this transition. They've patiently helped me every step of the way. If things ever go sideways with my current bank this is where I would go.

I have banked here for many years and always have a great experience. Thank you Saline branch.

Everything seemed fine until a mistake they made prevented Fidelity from depositing investment withdrawals into our account. Customer service couldn't figure it out, so we had Fidelity wire the money. The sarcastic young millenial at the local branch insisted on the bank's keeping the wiring fee even though it was their fault (the emploee who set up the account made a typo, another strike against this bank). Her poor customer service and refusal to even contemplate a refund of the $16 wiring charge is about to result in our pulling many thousands of dollars out and going elsewhere. I managed a large department that had extensive customer contact for a public entity, and someone like her would have been put on a plan of correction. Go elsewhere.

Old national is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have some of the shadiest policies you can think of so that they can steal as much money as possible. To make it worse, The staff acts like they are riding around on a giant white horse thumbing their nose at the peasants their customers are. “Rated most ethical bank” they must have given themselves that title, because they are far from ethical. If you enjoy giving your hard earned money to some criminal CEO, go to Old National. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

A small town bank feel with all the perks of a giant chain. When Chase let me down, a friend suggested Old National in Saline. He was right, they have been amazing! We have moved all our business accounts over.
Lisa and Josh are the best.

I had an in-branch transaction with a younger dark hair female Teller to pay Township taxes. She never said any form of "hi", "thank-you", "have a good day", etc. Simply "you're done". I was the only customer visible in the lobby at the time. If Management can't oversee/train an individual to provide even a fast food employee level of service, why would I have any interest in having them be involved with my finances?

It's ironic that "Old" is part of this bank's name because it's a really appropriate way to describe the way they operate and treat their customers. Every customer experience I've ever had with this bank involves me physically coming into one of their branches. Forget online banking, text and/or email notifications of anything that remotely resembles the use of technology to improve the customer experience. Candidly, I think they could care less. The only reason I still do business with "Old" National Bank is out of necessity but I'd drop them in a heartbeat if I could.

Its a pretty decent bank but there is one woman who always has an attitude with me and talks down her nose at me makong me feel like an unwanted guest. Everyone else is great but she is probably the most condescending teller ive met.

These guys stink. I go to the atm often on my lunch hour at 1 pm, to make a deposit. The next day, it will show my deposit was withdrawn. So I call them each time, and they give me some story about how they empty the atm at noon the next day, so of course it would show my money was withdrawn. And sure enough, on the second day after my initial deposit, it reposts again. If I was running check to check, I would never do business here. At least not at the Saline location. Also last week, I went online to inquire about a home equity loan, I was sent a message saying we will call you the next business day, never heard a peep. luckily, my credit union seems to want to do business with me.
