This is the worst veterinarian office I've ever been to in my life and I continue to spread my experiences with everyone I know. For example; please make this comment by your lead veterinarian and owner make sense, "we're going to need to monitor your dog overnight" (implying that someone would actually be there overnight). However, come to find out "monitoring overnight" means leaving at 7pm and shutting off all the lights so my dog can sit alone in the dark for 12 hours. Complete bs. You can't explain the logic behind this action because it doesn't exist. Furthermore, your owner also thinks it's appropriate to pull a female pet owner into a room alone and verbally badger them about a review they chose to post. Your office lacks compassion and care for its patients and should be closed.

Very happy with the staff and experience. Recently moved to the area and have not historically had good experience with vet care. This office surpassed our hopes and we plan on exclusively using them. My pet is a reactive and sensitive dog and they handled her perfectly.

Now that we're new PAWrents -- Animal Medical Center of Saline has been our go-to. It was easy to make an appointment online; they're usually booked 2-3 weeks out so plan accordingly! We've seen Michelle Socha, DVM, for both our pups and appreciate her care. But, this 5-star review is for how they treated our newest addition, Jette -- we rushed her in on a Saturday because she was having facial & ear swelling. We didn't realize that AMC does NOT take walk ins or emergencies BUT they saw her anyways. The following Monday, we did need to take Jette to the Pet ER and I called and the techs gave me some recommendations! So helpful! Speaking of the techs, they're always so friendly & you can really tell that they love doggos too. I also appreciate that on the receipt - it prints out when they're due for their next appointments/shots. Super helpful!

Dr. Blajan has been wonderful... caring for our senior pug as new challenges arise, while maintaining quality of life. We started going to him when sudden new symptoms developed and our regular vet was booked, and we have kept coming back. His treatment and advice on how to proceed each time has been spot-on, always returning our old pugster to her normal, energetic self. Thank you, Dr. B, for the extra good months, and perhaps even extra good years, with our sweet old girl! You've been so good to us!

Only had two visits with this place. First visit was as a new patient visit. It was ok, but I wasn't really impressed. Only went here because it was close to my home. Second visit was my last. Went in because my dog's hair is falling out. The lady that took my dog back asked a bunch of questions. Vet came in and said he's just shedding. Shedding? I didn't know that shedding would make my dog completely BALD in spots!!! This is NOT normal shedding. Vet gave some pills and that was it. Upon further research, this type of breed has a 1 in 5 chance of hypothyroidism. My dog seems to have the signs/symptoms of that. Why didn't the vet take blood work to check for that? Yes, this vet is CHEAP in prices, but i'd rather pay a higher price to find out the correct diagnosis. Now finding a new vet!

I've never been to a veterinarian afterwards and thought, "wow, I really really liked that doctor and will have to tell everyone to go here", until now. Dr. Blajan really took the time to listen to me and examine my dogs, discuss pros and cons, and refer me to a surgeon that felt would be better equipped to handle our issues. I've also seen Dr. Beck and had good experiences with her too, but I think the covid restrictions at the time prevented us from clicking quite as well. The staff is super friendly, the cost is competitive, and it's easy to call and get records when needed. The only thing I wish they had was an online patient portal... But like I said it's super easy to call them. I will be taking my dogs here as long as I live in the area. I drove about 25 mins from Ann arbor, and it's totally worth the extra drive.

I came here to get a second opinion on short term solutions for my dogs severe seasonal allergies. They were excellent in providing us with five different options! My suggestions would be that they do the following: -Only close for an hour during lunch and not two I understand they may have to take care of sick pets in the back all while eating lunch but if there's four vets on staff certainly one of them can stay back there instead of seeing patients for another hour. -Redesign their exam rooms: Very little seating due to fixed exam table -Update artwork: the pictures look like they were bought in bulk at a garage sale or Goodwill. Take a handful of pictures of pets that come into the office, put them in a frame and hang them up.
