Can't beat the friendly service you get from Jensen's. I came over from using CVS and Walgreens before and this is whole different experience that I don't dread. There is an easy to use app if that's your thing but you aren't made to feel like you have to. You can opt in to get texts for status of your order. Notice I said opt in. If you've been a CVS customer you know how many unneeded robocalls you get from them and how hard it is to get them to stop. Won't happen here. Can't say enough good about them.

Will never go back to a big chain pharmacy. The staff at Jensen's are the best, they are friendly and always helpful. The pharmacy in Dexter is also great. Appreciate you guys.

Shout out to the Jensen's Dexter Pharmacy! I lost my keys at work and was delayed for my vaccination appointment. The worker waited for me, taking time out of her weekend. It was very gracious.

This was my first time using Jensen's for covid-19 boosters and the appt. went very smoothly. I also helped set up a booster for an elderly friend when she was having trouble finding a location near where she lived. Her experience went very smoothly too. The staff were great to work with.

I thought my flu shot appointment was only going to be 15 min max but I ended up spending 45 min waiting for my turn. What's worse than the wait was the shot itself. Apparently the pharmacist/nurse poked a blood vessel in my arm and caused blood to run down my arm during/right after the shot. This should not have happened if the person had good skills. This then caused me to develop a 2 inch triangular shaped bruise on my arm that is still here after 2 weeks. I should've gone to the one that I usually go to instead of coming here. Deeply regretted my decision.

Have only been a few times at Jensen's pharmacy in Saline. Mostly for vaccinations. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is convenient for my needs.
