Bad experiences twice at this shop. Their idea of customer service is to gaslight the customer for anything they screw up. First time, my wife got an alignment that didn't fix the pull on her car. When we called back, they were adamant it wasn't pulling anymore (even though it was). So that was a waste of money. This last time I had a very simple job: remove the valve stems (caps got stuck on). I asked them to please be careful not to scratch the nice wheels on my newer car. When I come back there were 2 wheels that had scratches from them trying pliers on the valve stem. When I brought it up to the service desk they blamed me. The customer is always wrong here. I don't recommend Gerry's.

This shop is by far the most reliable I've known. Owners and technicians are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, with stellar customer service. Repairs are completed quickly & thoroughly, performed with the highest quality workmanship. I am consistently impressed with the service at Gerry's Tire & Alignment (ps- they do WAY more than just tires and alignment!)

I had my front and rear brakes replaced here and within months the back brakes went bad and the excuse was “the parts from overseas are not good like they used to be” so they replaced them again. The following month the front ones went bad and I had to have them re do it and again the excuse was that “the overseas parts are not like they used to be”. It’s only been about three weeks later and my front breaks are squealing horribly. This is so unacceptable that I would rather pay again somewhere else than go back here. The prices seem reasonable but you definitely get what you pay for and the quality of products are awful.

Today for the first time went to Gerry’s Tire & Alignment for 4 new tires. Prices reasonable, outstanding service, knowledgeable & friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Love to support our local businesses.

The folks at Gerry's Tire & Alignment are amazing! I went there to get my winter tires switched out for my summers last spring and they were done in 45 min. I thought that was incredible compared to waiting over 2 hrs at the last chain tire store I used. It was worth the extra 15 bucks to be done so quickly and squeezed in so soon. I used them again this summer after I needed to replace my tires. I called on a Wednesday to see if they had availability on Thursday to put them on for me, as the tires were just delivered. I didn't think they would have the time or space such last minute, but they said if I was willing to leave the car they would be able to squeeze me in. I left it and walked home down the street around noon and they called at 2:30 saying my tires were all done and ready for pick up. I was very impressed. They are all so friendly too and make me feel comfortable. I appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone in the Saline Area or surrounding areas!!
