Seems like most of the reviews for this place reflect FedEx as a company and not this particular location. It is not open to the public but I had to take my package here because the store wouldn’t accept it because of the battery sticker. I buzzed the gate, the lady was super kind, took the package without complaint and I was on my way. Tracked the package and it left the facility around 3 hours later! I am grateful that she made this step in a rather complicated return process easy!Again: NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Do not arrive thinking you’ll be dropping your package at a storefront. There is a drop-box near the entrance though.

Any time I have a package pass through this hub they either lie about delivery attempts or delay for questionable reasons. Most recently, I paid for expedited shipping on a package that was delayed due to "weather" despite having a clear forecast for the day. I wish there was a way to opt for a different FedEx hub because this one never fails to let me down.

I just had a package mis-delivered or stolen by the driver. It was a $9000 projector that got marked as delivered yesterday and WITH my signature even though the package was never delivered! They have a case open but I am sceptacle as it's already been 30 hours and I have not heard back at all.

should be less then a 1 star... multiple problems with fedex... no one to talk to on the phone... drivers wont drive down my driveway.... drivers rude and disrespectful... shipments always late not just at my house but also my work. currently have a package that has been out for delivery for the past 2 weeks and there is no one to talk to. the customer service is garbage. please use USPS or UPS. stop supporting a company that cant even do basic customer service.

They tend to mark packages as “delivery exception” and say the customer wasn’t available even when there is no signature required on a package and I KNOW they didn’t “attempt” to deliver anything because I have a camera on the front walk and porch.Are they just marking this option because this way they don’t get in trouble for not delivering a package?

FedEx is by far the worst carrier. I have filed two complaints and heard nothing yet. FedEx drivers will not deliver my packages to my house and instead, leave them on the edge of the road to either get stolen or destroyed. I live out in the country and every other carrier has the decency to bring packages up to my house. Not FedEx. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but I'm not going to hold my breath. ????

Ordered a gift basket for a family member who had experienced the loss of a child. Company from which I ordered uses Fed Ex for shipping. Package destination was Saline, MI, and package was supposed to be delivered Nov. 24. According to Fed Ex tracking, package was "Out for Delivery" in Saline, MI on Nov. 24. However, due to an "Operational Delay," delivery was be moved to Nov 25. Tracking say package was "Out for Delivery," on Nov. 25 in Saline, MI. Tracking states that Delivery was attempted at 1:30, but "Recipient was not available." Delivery has now been moved to Nov 27. I've since learned 5 people were at the delivery address at 1:30 on Nov 25. They were watching a major college football game at the time, so there is no way that they weren't there. None of them heard a knock or doorbell.

How is it that I call off work to stay home to wait for a package to get delivered and after waiting all morning and afternoon by my door I get a message saying "Failed to deliver" after no doorbell or knock or even TAP at the door. I cannot get a hold of ANY local support number and can only open "cases". Absolutely ridiculous.

We placed an order for our daughter in Brighton, Michigan, and the order was delivered as promised, on time, and at the door. Are dealing with FedEx on this occasion was very positive.
