Long wait at the prescription counter! 6 people in line with only one new guy helping people while one person just played on their phone and the other 2 were filling prescriptions. I was at cvs for at least 25 minutes!!

I am a CVS customer for 24 years. Today I had the worst experience ever. I used to receive texts that my medication is ready for pick up, lately I have to call monthly so I can refill the prescription. Medication is zero cost through my insurance, same medication for years. I received a text that medication will not be covered and I need to contact my insurance and the prescriber. I called, left a message and soon enough I had a text saying the medication is ready for a pick up. I went and the pharmacy tech on the window told me I have to pay $49.99 because the insurance company will not cover. I went inside show them the card, the pharmacist came in, refused to check my card, was cutting me off, told me will give me a discount for $24.99. He also said I had too many refills so I should contact my Optus Rx group to resolve the issue and find another pharmacy because I had already filled the prescription three times. I told him that since January I come monthly and this should be my seventh since it’s July. He didn’t listen, he didn’t care, he didn’t try look into it. I called Optus Rx, I was correct, he made my optimism Rx call direct to CVS line and I was on the phone as well through the whole conversation. He giving him the same spill, was running totally different number, never apologized to me or to the Optus Rx person. I end up paying zero and that was the last time using this pharmacy. Pharmacist working on 07/26/25 at 4 pm was terrible, unprofessional and very rude. Might be smart with books but has zero customer service experience. Hopefully someone sees this from CVS and hope Trinity healthcare chooses different pharmacy to work with.

I was out of town and forgot one of my very important sugar level monitors dexcom G7 in Tampa Florida. I went to the local CVS and asked how I could transfer my prescription to pick it up. They gave me the directions and instructions and Mimi. The pharmacist was very helpful and supportive since I had to pay for this out of pocket. They were excellent at getting me a good RX discount and I was able to put my monitor back on. Special thanks to the whole team there at the CVS in saline Michigan. May y'all have a great life and a wonderful day

CVS Saline manager “Sam” suffers greatly from short-man syndrome, it’s unfortunate I have used this pharmacy near 20 years until this little man took charge, or, attempted to dictate as a Dr. rather than his position as a Pharmacist.
Sam, if your dream is to become a DOCTOR- go get it!! Until then, recognize your place.

The CVS Pharmacy on Michigan Avenue in Saline has been a terrific new addition for my pharmaceutical needs. I discovered they have a drive-up window for the pharmacy, and it's a game-changer for me - very long evening hours as well.
I can't make enough positive comments about the pharmacy manager Sam K. and all his colleagues. When transferring my prescriptions, Val was kind, patient, gave me thorough explanations & answers, and had all my medications transferred and refilled in less than 3 hours. And they send texts when your refill is ready for pickup!
Yesterday I spent time speaking in person with manager Sam about a new, very expensive medication. He was honest, cheerful, offered assistance and advice, and supported me by sharing what other patients with this medication have done. He also said I should call him directly with further questions as I decide how to proceed. This is really a customer-focused approach for me. It's a truly busy pharmacy, but I have appreciated their approach in the past 3 mos. Kudos.....

When I approached the counter to check out, Scott was standing there on this phone, not looking up at all. He continued on his phone until he was finished and THEN he looked up and asked ME if I was ready. I politely said yes, rather than creating an issue. Scott is always short in speaking to me when I come into the store. I would rather turn around and leave rather than have Scott wait on me.

This pharmacy never answers the phone and if you leave messages, no one calls back. What should take a day or two ends up taking two weeks. The only way I got them to answer was saying I’m a doctor lol I am switching today. Just had to vent.

I have been trying to get my prescription filled and back in stock for a month. Every time I contact this pharmacy about it’s availability I am told it will be ready for pick up today only for them to tell me once I am already there that they are out of stock and it won’t be in for a “few days”. Only for me to be told the same exact thing a few days later. I’d appreciate it if they at least called to let me know that they do not have it in stock rather than waiting till I’m already there in person to tell me they can’t fill my prescription.

One of the worst cvs locations you could ever visit. They always have new faces in the pharmacy!! You can tell how bad it is when nobody lasts there. I used to get my medication and my wife no issues. The new guy “Sam” i assume is trying to make life harder for people but not filling their medication and questioning everything about it and wants to check with our doctor as if he knows better.
The other pharmacist there a new guy as well helped me twice after going back and forth for the past 2 times. Considering switching pharmacies !!!

Told me multiple times on the phone my prescription would be ready within an hour. I showed up 2.5 hours later and still had to wait. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. I’m still waiting as I’m writing this it’s been over 10.

I recommend Daytime visits only. Parking lot has potholes and uneven pavement which are more visible in daylight. Stopped at this store on 9/9/2024. The item I wanted, priced $7.99, is $2-$3 higher in price than Busch’s, Walmart, or Meijer. Absurd.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. By far the worst pharmacy in the area. Slow to react to fill your prescriptions more often than not they don’t have what is prescribed
And furthermore don’t care. I have been waiting for my diabetes medicine for 6 weeks I switched to meijers and had it the next day. On may prescriptions for my family they have not performed well!!!
