Wanted to complain my package was delivered @1330 the amazon states deliver at1039!! The actual complaint on tracking number Tracking ID: 1Z0465XA0325008609, my husband watched the man walk up to the gait and drops our package gate high to the cement. The box was taped on one side only had beeN open! I was missing one if two tubes of ointment! Mainly I am complaining to you of the carelessness of your driver. What if it was breakable??? Then he parked across the road for over 30minutes

Why does one day of bad weather that gets cleared out literally the next day push my package back three whole days back. And you guys are an hour away to, stop being so lazy process my package that's probably been in the same spot since it's been there and do your job better.
