The girl in here are just horrible. No smile no customer service absolutely nothing

Why does one day of bad weather that gets cleared out literally the next day push my package back three whole days back. And you guys are an hour away to, stop being so lazy process my package that's probably been in the same spot since it's been there and do your job better.
