I had two women help me. The second, a vivacious, lovely woman with glasses and such a warm personality, spent all kinds of time with me. I was a tough customer in that I needed corduroy due to the destructive nature of my cat, and I bypassed Ashley for the more comfortable Bassett. It was not in corduroy, but the owner even came in and spoke to me about re-covering in corduroy. In the end, I just couldn't afford a $2000 cost, but I'd like to say I really love this place. It's high-end and for good reason. The people are so super nice. I learned a lot about construction and why some sofas are more comfortable than others. My advice to shoppers who want a long lasting piece of furniture is to go to Schroeder's. Also they only charge $25 to haul your sad, used sofa away. If I were younger, if I was looking for a good investment, if I wanted to deal with caring people, I'd say Schroeder's.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of the couch I ordered. The couch was extremely hard and it was not the same quality as the store model, they said it was because lots of people have sat on the store model so it is more broken in and softer. I was charged over$1000 to have them pick up and return my couch. Material was very scratchy and was not told when I purchased it that it was made out of recycled plastic. They do not stand behind their products and the associate Tabitha was very rude and continued to argue with me on the phone. I would not recommend this store as they are overpriced with low quality products and horrible customer service.

Schroeder furniture has an incredibly large selection of all types of furniture: sofas and sofa beds, love seats, recliners, tables if you need furniture I'm betting that they have something to meet your needs.
Their prices are extremely reasonable and they have payment plans to help you out. They also deliver.
Their staff is very well-trained and knowledgeable about all the products in their storerooms and if you need advice, they are willing and able to assist you.

I bought a new bed and a new chair from Schroeder's we have been buying furniture from them for years. Went back to Schroeder looking for a recliner not knowing what to buy and the sales lady by the name of Ranee came up to us showing us different types of chairs and we picked a nice one she was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Not to forget the delivery men were on time and professional. Thanks again.

We absolutely love this couch. During the buying process we were told if it was in stock (which it was supposedly) then it would only be 2 weeks. We'll it ended up being close to 8 weeks to get our couch...I think this place has great customer service and great products and I was met with several follow up calls from their team, but be cautious if you are expecting something sooner than later. If I could give 4.5 I would!

Years ago I worked, and shopped, at Schroeder’s. One purchase was an entire living room of Braxton Culler… sofa, chairs, ottomans, table. Nearly 12 years since the purchase, I proudly still use this set up. The fabrics, the frames, the banana leaf structures are all frozen in time beautifully. Best custom design I ever put together. Thanks to a great store!
