“Customer service. I stopped in 10 minutes before closing and a lovely lady by the name of Sandra was assisting a customer with shipping and packaging pricing options. The customer was in there before I got there and was still asking additional questions when I left, after closing. The customer asked Sandra when she'd be back in and Sandra mentioned that she works another job during the week but that other employees would give her the same pricing. The fact that Sandra was this patient and its not even her main job is amazing. I work in customer service and rarely do these surveys but Sandra was outstanding!!!”
