They even offered my kids a small treat, which absolutely made their day. Truly exceptional service with a personal touch. “Once again, another great experience with the Fresh Decor family! Not only did we do lots of painting and got all of our paint and supplies from them, we also ordered carpeting from them and had a fantastic experience. Everything went so smoothly and they were very helpful. If you’re lucky enough to get Jerry as your installer, he was meticulous and absolutely the best. We found a tiny snag the next day from one of our other contractors, and Jerry came back on his own time and fixed it for us. Five star customer service.”

“Yes, I am that annoying customer. With five minutes left till close. I call ahead saying I’m running late and I need to buy 10 bags of horse pellets. And every employee’s nightmare. Thankfully, Oscar and Dawn were on the clock and came through in the clutch. They had the cart all loaded up by the time I pulled in the parking lot and I was checked out and under three minutes, even having to enter in rewards coupons, price match and tax exempt form info. Total All-Stars. This is why I love Tractor Supply and especially this location.”

He makes sure the layout is correct, asks questions to make sure it’s exactly what you want and follows up with you! “I came in at 9pm because I urgently needed a humidifier for work. Since it’s summertime, I could only find dehumidifiers. I approached an associate named Ray for help finding one. Ray provided me with amazing customer service, and although there were some technical difficulties outside of his control with finding the location of the product on the device he was using, he still found a way to help me. He led me to the aisle with the product, and it was on a shelf 30 feet in the air. He promptly brought another employee to spot him, and brought the equipment needed to get the humidifier down. They closed off the aisles, brought down the pallet, and he gave me the item. I could not be more appreciative. Ray’s dedication to exemplary customer service is something I have not found at any other store. Simply amazing. Thank you Ray!”
