My Fiancée and I stopped in here for our dogs and they have anything and everything for cats, dogs, and even small pets! The bakery they have is absolutely amazing, I have to stop my Fiancée from taste testing before giving one to the dogs!

sooooooooo awesome and we found so many great items to bring back to our Chicago puppy patrol!! We will be back for more and to see the Halloween decor and this place has a home in our puppy hearts forever!!! Great location and you can't miss it walking by!!! Very disappointed was excited to see a good looking pet store but no one greeted me the girl behind the counter made eye contact with twice never said a word no hello or can i help you i walked aroundfor 10 min still no one asked if i needed help . Other girl was doing something in the back knew inwas in the store neither them said hello or asked if I needed help. I was looking for some items for my dog and just finally left because I felt more irritated that noone said a word to me and I was therewilling to buy few products for my bulldog ...a cooler, bandana 2 large toys and treats and shampoo and dog bed. I just gave up said to myself it's a shame because I thought prices were fair but why give my business to a store that doesn't care if I'm there or not. I might as well buy online. First time there really ashamed because the rest of the stores in town I was greeted and treated like a wanted customer. I support small businesses but maybe those behind your counter don't support your business. They don't look invested like they wanted be there unlike a owber or someone that loves there job I guess they could care less if I bought anything. Cute hard to find items but wanted to support small businesses but not today.
