Chad was very pleasant and thorough in making sure he was ordering the right part. He was very professional knowledgeable and prompt. He literally replaced my window in 10 mins. (Small quarter panel) for an Unbeatable price. This literally should have been my 1st choice when getting estimates. I will forever recommend and support.

Fantastic from beginning to end. I spent a couple hours getting quotes. I wish First choice had been my first call. Chad knew exactly what windshield I needed and was more knowledgeable than all the previous people combined. Came to my house next morn. Replaced and cleaned in 45 minutes.

I brought my SUV to First Choice Auto Glass Center and I was extremely nervous about it all. But Chad was absolutely a Godsend. He calmed my nerves and He helped me out in a pinch and was fast, professional and honest and upfront about every detail from beginning to end. I absolutely recommend him and think everyone that need Windshields replaced, Chad is the man to see at First Choice Auto Glass Center. The owner never mentioned that he only takes cash, and then decided to inform me of this fact AFTER already doing the work. Thankfully, I had cash on me, when I usually don't. Then, he tried to leave without replacing my toll pass, registration, and car wash pass stickers. When I asked about them, he informed me I should have told him I needed those. Honestly, how about he ASK me if I did instead of assuming? And, if they were on the old windshield I'd say it's pretty obvious I'd want them on the new windshield. His only response to both of these issues was he's never been wrong in 32 years. Well maybe it's time to retire.
