Classic horrible experience from these not-maintained self service car washes. Spend half of my money waiting on the foam brush (which after 2 minutes never came on and yes on the foam brush setting) and absolutely no final rinse with softener water either. Literally sat there with a small stream that didn't even have enough coming out to wet the door mirrors. So for 10 bucks I got a car wet with hard water and then nothing else.....
If you're going to run a business try and take some time and care into it, and at least attempt to give your customers what they pay for.

My go to place to wash down my car. Self serve carwash where you get the spray want/brush and go. Wanna spend 30 minutes blasting wax on your car? Do it. Nobody can stop you now.
